ബിഹാറിലെ അധ്യാപക നിയമനത്തിൽ വിവാഹിതരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് പുതിയ ഡൊമിസൈൽ നിബന്ധന തിരിച്ചടിയാകുന്നു. സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കാൻ വിവാഹിതരായ സ്ത്രീകൾ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ വിലാസമല്ല, മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ വിലാസത്തിലുള്ള ജാതി, താമസ, നോൺ-ക്രീമി ലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകണമെന്നാണ് ബിഹാർ പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ നിർദേശം. സെപ്റ്റംബർ 22നാണ് വിജ്ഞാപനം ഇറക്കിയത്. ഇതോടെ മറ്റൊരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്ന് വിവാഹം കഴിച്ച് ബിഹാറിലെത്തിയ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കില്ല.
32,388 അധ്യാപക തസ്തികകളിലേക്കുള്ള ടീച്ചേഴ്സ് റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് എക്സാമിനേഷൻ-4 അപേക്ഷകൾ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് പുതിയ നിബന്ധന വന്നത്. മുൻ മൂന്ന് പരീക്ഷകളിൽ ബിഹാറിൽ ഡൊമിസൈൽ നയം നടപ്പാക്കിയിരുന്നില്ല. അതിനാൽ വിവാഹിതരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് ഭർത്താവിന്റെ വിലാസം ഉപയോഗിക്കാമായിരുന്നു. പുതിയ ഡൊമിസൈൽ നയം കൃത്യമായി നടപ്പാക്കാനാണ് വിവാഹിതരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്കുള്ള വ്യവസ്ഥ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയതെന്ന് ബിപിഎസ്‌സി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
85 ശതമാനം തസ്തികകൾ ബിഹാർ നിവാസികൾക്ക്
2025 ഓഗസ്റ്റിൽ വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്ത ഡൊമിസൈൽ നയമാണ് ഈ വർഷം ആദ്യമായി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നത്. അധ്യാപക നിയമനത്തിലെ 85 ശതമാനം തസ്തികകളും വിവിധ സംവരണ വ്യവസ്ഥകളിലൂടെ ബിഹാറിലെ സ്ഥിരതാമസക്കാർക്കായി മാറ്റിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് 15 ശതമാനം ഓപ്പൺ സീറ്റുകളിൽ മാത്രമാണ് മത്സരിക്കാനാകുക. ഇവർക്ക് വനിതാ സംവരണം ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സംസ്ഥാന സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ലഭിക്കില്ല.
മുൻ നിയമനങ്ങളിൽ പുറത്തുനിന്ന് 50,000 പേർ
2023 മുതൽ നടന്ന TRE-I മുതൽ TRE-III വരെയുള്ള പരീക്ഷകളിലൂടെ ഏകദേശം 2.68 ലക്ഷം അധ്യാപകരെയാണ് ബിപിഎസ്‌സി നിയമിച്ചത്. ഇതിൽ ഏകദേശം 50,000 പേർ മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവരാണ്. TRE-4 പരീക്ഷയുടെ തീയതി ഇതുവരെ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ആകെ 32,388 ഒഴിവുകളിലേക്കാണ് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ നിയമനം.
