കർണാടകയിൽ ഭരണത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോഴും കോൺഗ്രസ് തെരുവിലാണ്. 2025 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 26ന് ബെംഗളൂരു ഫ്രീഡം പാർക്കിൽ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഡികെ ശിവകുമാറിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ചീഫ് ഇലക്ഷൻ കമ്മീഷണർ ജ്ഞാനേഷ് കുമാറിന്റെ രാജി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് വലിയ പ്രതിഷേധം നടന്നു. വോട്ടർ പട്ടികയിലെ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ഇന്റൻസീവ് റിവിഷനിൽ ക്രമക്കേട് ആരോപിച്ചാണ് സമരം. മറ്റ് രണ്ട് കമ്മീഷണർമാരുടെ എതിർപ്പ് മറികടന്ന് ജ്ഞാനേഷ് കുമാർ ഏകപക്ഷീയ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ എടുത്തു എന്ന് കോൺഗ്രസ് പറയുന്നു. ഇത് ജനാധിപത്യത്തിനും ഭരണഘടനയ്ക്കും എതിരാണെന്നും റീ വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ വേണമെന്നുമാണ് ആവശ്യം.
ഫ്രീഡം പാർക്കിൽ നിന്ന് കളക്ടറേറ്റിലേക്ക്
സമരം ബെംഗളൂരുവിൽ മാത്രം ഒതുങ്ങിയില്ല. മംഗളൂരുവിൽ മഹാവീർ സർക്കിളിൽ നിന്ന് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി കമ്മീഷണറുടെ ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് പദയാത്ര നടന്നു. വിജയപുരയിലും ബെളഗാവിയിലും കോലം കത്തിച്ചു. കോലാർ, തുമകൂരു, ചിക്കബല്ലാപുരയിലും ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റികൾ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി കമ്മീഷണർ ഓഫീസിന് മുന്നിൽ ധർണ നടത്തി. എല്ലായിടത്തും ഒരേ ആവശ്യം – സിഇസിയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യണം, പിരിച്ചുവിടണം, സുപ്രീം കോടതി മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ അന്വേഷണം വേണം.
അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി
ഡികെ ശിവകുമാർ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞു ചീഫ് ഇലക്ഷൻ ഓഫീസറെ ഉടൻ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് പിരിച്ചുവിടണം. ദ ഹിന്ദു റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം 4000 വോട്ടർ ഡിലീറ്റ് അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും മുസ്ലിം വോട്ടുകളെ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ്. ഫോം 7 ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്തു എന്നാണ് കോൺഗ്രസ് ആരോപണം. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ ഭരണഘടനാ അധികാരം ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്ത് യോഗ്യരായ വോട്ടർമാരെ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കുന്നു എന്ന് നേതാക്കൾ പറയുന്നു.
ബിജെപിയുടെ തിരിച്ചടി
ബിജെപി ഇതിനെ ഭരണഘടനയ്ക്ക് എതിരായ ആക്രമണം എന്ന് വിളിച്ചു. എച്ച് ഡി കുമാരസ്വാമി പറഞ്ഞു ഇത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നിരാശ കൊണ്ടുള്ള സമരമാണ്. ബിജെപി സംസ്ഥാന അധ്യക്ഷൻ വിജയേന്ദ്ര പറഞ്ഞു ഫോം 7ന്റെ പേരിൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് സർക്കാർ പോലീസിനെ സമ്മർദ്ദത്തിലാക്കി ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകർക്കെതിരെ എഫ്ഐആർ എടുപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ജി പരമേശ്വര തിരുത്തി – ഞങ്ങൾ മെമ്മോറാണ്ടം കൊടുക്കാൻ പോയതാണ് സമരമല്ല എന്ന്.
വോട്ട് ചോരി ആരോപണത്തിന് ശേഷം കോൺഗ്രസ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷനെ തന്നെ പ്രതിയാക്കി രാജ്യ വ്യാപക സമരത്തിന് കർണാടകയെ പരീക്ഷണ ശാല ആക്കുകയാണോ എന്നാണ് ചോദ്യം.
