ഡൽഹി ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ദേശീയ തലസ്ഥാന മേഖലയിൽ വായുമലിനീകരണ നിയന്ത്രണ നടപടികൾ ശക്തമാക്കി. ജൂലൈ ഒന്നു മുതൽ 13 വരെയുള്ള 14 ദിവസത്തിനിടെ 175 പരിശോധനകളാണ് നടത്തിയത്. നിർമാണ-പൊളിക്കൽ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ, വ്യവസായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, ഡീസൽ ജനറേറ്ററുകൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായിരുന്നു പരിശോധന. ജൂലൈ 20ന് ചേർന്ന വായുഗുണനിലവാര മാനേജ്മെന്റ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ യോഗം നടപടികൾ വിലയിരുത്തി.
നിയമലംഘനങ്ങൾക്ക് അടച്ചുപൂട്ടൽ നടപടി
കമ്മീഷന്റെ പറക്കുംസേന 17 നിർമാണ-പൊളിക്കൽ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും 90 വ്യവസായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും 68 ഡീസൽ ജനറേറ്ററുകളിലുമാണ് പരിശോധന നടത്തിയത്. നിയമലംഘനം കണ്ടെത്തിയ ഒരു പദ്ധതിയോ വ്യവസായ സ്ഥാപനമോ അടച്ചുപൂട്ടാനും 19 ഡീസൽ ജനറേറ്ററുകൾ മുദ്രവയ്ക്കാനും നിർദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒമ്പത് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ചട്ടം പാലിക്കാനുള്ള ഉത്തരവും നാല് കേസുകളിൽ പരിസ്ഥിതി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരവും നിർദേശിച്ചു.
ചട്ടം പാലിച്ച 25 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുമതി
മലിനീകരണ നിയന്ത്രണ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചതായി പരിശോധനയിൽ വ്യക്തമായതോടെ 25 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രവർത്തനം പുനരാരംഭിക്കാൻ അനുമതി നൽകി. ഹരിയാനയിൽ 11, ഉത്തർപ്രദേശിൽ 10, ഡൽഹിയിലും രാജസ്ഥാനിലും രണ്ടുവീതം അനുമതികളാണ് നൽകിയത്. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സംസ്ഥാന ഏജൻസികൾ മുൻ യോഗത്തിലെ എല്ലാ നടപടികളും നടപ്പാക്കിയതായും കമ്മീഷൻ അറിയിച്ചു.
ഇതുവരെ പരിശോധിച്ചത് 27,925 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ
കമ്മീഷന്റെ പറക്കുംസേന ഇതുവരെ 27,925 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും പദ്ധതികളും പരിശോധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പരിശോധനകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ 1,803 അടച്ചുപൂട്ടൽ ഉത്തരവുകൾ നൽകി. പിന്നീട് ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചതായി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച 1,446 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് വീണ്ടും പ്രവർത്തിക്കാൻ അനുമതി നൽകി. 126 കേസുകൾ സംസ്ഥാന മലിനീകരണ നിയന്ത്രണ ബോർഡുകൾക്ക് കൈമാറി. 231 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ ഇപ്പോഴും പരിശോധനയിലാണ്.
ഗാസിയാബാദിലെ റോഡ് നവീകരണത്തിന് അംഗീകാരം
ഗാസിയാബാദ് നഗരസഭ നവീകരിച്ച ഒമ്പത് കിലോമീറ്ററോളം വരുന്ന 42 റോഡുകളും കമ്മീഷന്റെ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പൂർണമായി പാലിച്ചതായി കണ്ടെത്തി. റോഡിലെ പൊടി ദീർഘകാലാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ഡൽഹി മേഖലയിൽ നടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ റോഡ് നവീകരണങ്ങളും ഒരേ മാനദണ്ഡപ്രകാരം നടത്തണമെന്ന് കമ്മീഷൻ നിർദേശിച്ചു. വ്യവസായ പുക, ഡീസൽ ജനറേറ്റർ, നിർമാണപ്പൊടി എന്നിവയ്ക്കെതിരായ പരിശോധനകൾ ഇനിയും ശക്തമാക്കും.
