മനുവിന്റെ ഗ്രാഫ് നോക്കൂ: കഴിഞ്ഞ ദേശീയ ഗെയിംസിൽ കേരളത്തിന് വേണ്ടി 400 മീറ്ററിൽ വെള്ളിയും 4×400ൽ സ്വർണവും. 2024ൽ ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡിൽ നടന്ന നാഷണൽ ഗെയിംസിൽ 400 മീറ്ററിൽ വെങ്കലം. കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഗസ്റ്റിൽ ഭുവനേശ്വറിൽ ഇന്റർസ്റ്റേറ്റ് സീനിയർ ചാമ്പ്യൻഷിപ്പിൽ 400ൽ വെള്ളി. ന്യൂഡൽഹിയിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ അത്ലറ്റിക് സീരീസിൽ വെങ്കലം. ദേശീയ ഫെഡറേഷനിൽ 46.39ൽ വെങ്കലവും പിന്നീട് കരിയർ ബെസ്റ്റ് 46.51ൽ സ്വർണവും.
ആ 46.51ൽ നിന്നാണ് 2025 ഗുമിയിൽ ഏഷ്യൻ ചാമ്പ്യൻഷിപ്പ് 4×400 പുരുഷ റിലേയിൽ വെള്ളിയിലേക്കും, ഇപ്പോൾ 2026 നഗോയയിൽ മിക്സഡ് റിലേ വെള്ളിയിലേക്കും എത്തിയത്. 27ന് 4×400 പുരുഷ റിലേയിലും മനു ഓടുന്നുണ്ട്.
