മധ്യപ്രദേശിൽ 680 പുതിയ പ്രാഥമിക കാർഷിക വായ്പാ സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയോ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ 2025 മുതൽ ഉജ്ജയിൻ ജില്ലയിൽ 22 പുതിയ സംഘങ്ങളാണ് ആരംഭിച്ചത്. ജില്ലയിൽ ആകെ 194 സംഘങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുമതിയുണ്ട്. ഇവയിൽ 172 എണ്ണം ഒരേ ഇആർപി സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറിലൂടെ ഡിജിറ്റൽവത്കരിക്കുകയും കംപ്യൂട്ടർവത്കരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര, സഹകരണ മന്ത്രി അമിത് ഷാ ലോക്സഭയിൽ നൽകിയ എഴുത്തുപരമായ മറുപടിയിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.
22 പുതിയ എം-പാക്സ് സംഘങ്ങൾ
സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിൽനിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച വിവരമനുസരിച്ച്, എം-പാക്സ് നിയമവും ഉപനിയമങ്ങളും പാലിച്ച് പുതിയ സംഘങ്ങൾ രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള എല്ലാ നടപടികളും ഉജ്ജയിൻ സഹകരണ വകുപ്പ് സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉജ്ജയിൻ ജില്ലയിലെ 22 എം-പാക്സ് സംഘങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കാർഷിക വായ്പാ സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങൾക്ക് 25ലധികം പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്താൻ മാതൃകാ ഉപനിയമം അനുമതി നൽകുന്നു.
ധാന്യ സംഭരണ പദ്ധതിയിൽ സ്ഥലം കണ്ടെത്തിയില്ല
മധ്യപ്രദേശിൽ ആവശ്യത്തിലധികം സംഭരണ സൗകര്യങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്നാണ് സംസ്ഥാനം അറിയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ധാന്യ സംഭരണ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി മധ്യപ്രദേശിൽ ഇതുവരെ ഒരു സ്ഥലവും കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടില്ല.
ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് പ്രത്യേകമായി പണം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കില്ല
പ്രാഥമിക കാർഷിക വായ്പാ സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങളുടെ കംപ്യൂട്ടർവത്കരണത്തിനുള്ള കേന്ദ്രാവിഷ്കൃത പദ്ധതിയിൽ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്കും കേന്ദ്രഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങൾക്കും അംഗീകരിച്ച മാർഗനിർദേശപ്രകാരമാണ് സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം നൽകുന്നത്. ഉജ്ജയിൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ജില്ലയ്ക്കായി പ്രത്യേകമായി പണം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ അനുവദിക്കാനോ പദ്ധതിയിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥയില്ല.
കംപ്യൂട്ടർവത്കരണത്തിന് 2.22 കോടി രൂപ
സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ നൽകിയ കണക്കുപ്രകാരം ഉജ്ജയിനിലെ 172 സംഘങ്ങളിൽ ഹാർഡ്വെയറും സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറും സ്ഥാപിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞു. പദ്ധതിക്കായുള്ള 60 ശതമാനം കേന്ദ്രവിഹിതത്തിൽനിന്ന് 2.22 കോടി രൂപ ഇതുവരെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. 2026 ജൂൺ 30 വരെയുള്ള കണക്കനുസരിച്ച്, കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനിടെ ഉജ്ജയിൻ ജില്ലയിലെ സഹകരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ വികസനത്തിനായി ദേശീയ സഹകരണ വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷൻ 52 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായവും വിതരണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
